Volunteers n help required ...

Dear Friends...

We need YOUR help to put up our little 2nd Anniversary Celebration, which will be held on Saturday 30th May from 12:oo noon to 5:00 pm


We need loads of Volunteers and help for the stalls n food. The list is below:

• Volunteers for Food Stalls
• Volunteers for Games Stalls
• Canarian Bananas (Platanos)
  
• 3 Buckets of Vanilla Ice-cream from Makro
• 3 Buckets of Strawberry (Fresa) Ice-cream from Makro
• Potatoes with green n red Mojo ( Papas con mojo rojo y verde)
• Veg Paella
• Veg Tortilla
• Assorted Cheese, white, semi- curado, curado, etc...
• Baby Toasts
  
• Tea
• Juices
  
• Plates
• Tissue
• Volunteers to do Face Painting, and the face paints would be needed too
• Volunteers to apply Mehndi, and mehndi cones too
• Any decoration articles or material related to our theme: DIA DE CANARIAS
• Volunteers to decorate the hall on Friday 29th May at 10 am till 2 pm
• We also would kindly request that all helpers n volunteers Please try n come dressed in the Typical Canarian Dress (Mago/Maga)

A very special mention to all, after completing our first aim with the collection we have obtained: The Kids Play Area at ICC, we want to start our next Aim: An Access for the aged, handicap, babies... to the ICC. And to start collecting for this noble cause, all the fund gathered on this event,and onwards, will be destined to it.So Please help us in our next aim :D

And Last But not the least, just a quick reminder to all, that our class on this Saturday 16th May, will be at its usual time (6.30 ti 8.30 pm), and Ms. Renu Gidoomal, will be teaching the kids Bhajans from 6.30 to 7.30 pm Sharp. So don't miss out n be there!!!!
