Christmas Weekend Menu

Hi everyone!

Schools are over, holidays have started, streets are all lighted up, Christmas trees are put up, and we all are ready to have a very very Merry weekend :D

Here is this Christmas Weekend's menu at the ICC:

• For starters, on Saturday the 25th we need volunteers to help decorate the hall for Sunday's event. If you have some free time we hope to see you around from 3 to 5 in the afternoon.
  
  
• Our primer plato will also be on Saturday the 25th from 5 to 7 o'clock. All kids taking part in the Xmas party will have to be here for the final practices
  
  
• The delicious segundo plato will be one more magnificent Chownki on Saturday 25th from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. This time we will attend a Special Christmas Chownki.
  
  
• And the yummiest postre on Sunday the 26th we have the super duper Christmas party for all, from babies to dadis ;)
  
  All those in Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz, etc. interested e-in coming to the party, contact urgently Romi at 922274812 since there will be a bus ready to bring you all to the ICC

Hope you all enjoy the meal we have organized and hope to see you all around in all the occasions :D

All set? Our countdown has already begun...

Yes, countdown for the Kids Diwali Party 2010! The show will be on the 7th November 2010,so, that is just 3 weeks to go!!! As you all know The Show this year is going to be very different and unique to other diwali shows done in history, so do get ready for the most awaited show of the year by the Kids themselves from the beginning till the end...LET´S GO AROUND THE WORLD 2010

For all the Participants, and group leaders please make a note and highlight the date for the 2nd Audition and important meeting on:

We will be speaking to each group INDIVIDUALLY,(in order of arrival) about:

Their Songs
Their Outfits (1 sample)
Their Dance
Their Audition ( Songs should be finalized by the participant )
The Final CD has to be given to us on that day without Fail/Excuse Please
The Script that was given to you for the presentation of your songs has to be rehearsed and said in loud too without any excuses (if have doubt on it please call Conchi/Gayna/Shweta)
Any other doubts or queries you may have can be resolved.

A note will be made of any Group that does not turn up, and we will have to disqualify them . These auditions are just to HELP you out in correcting any mistakes, or any doubts that you may have, with the final intention of the whole show to approach perfection thus your dances and all the efforts been put in be Fully Appreciated by ALL. :D SO do collaborate together for each one of us.

Yoga This week!

So as u have already seen, our calender for the month of June This Saturday we have yoga for kids! Yes, due to public demand we are having YOGA FOR KIDS again.

This activity is going to be conducted by our well known teacher Ms. Priya Bhatia,

* Date: Saturday 12th June 5.30 to 6.30 pm Sharp
* Time: 5.30 to 6.30 pm sharp. Please be there BEFORE the mentioned time.
* Price: 2 € kid. (all ages of kids are welcome)

Not yet given in ur names for the Children's Diwali 2010 Subscription? Don't miss out.... you still are in time! Give in ur names immediately even if u still don't have a fixed group, we can help u find a group.

Just to keep u all updated ... in our last meeting, we did decide on an innovative theme...a global theme. This year we are going to go for a World Tour! Yes yes u read correctly! We are going to travel all over the world!!!!
Each group has to decide a country which they would like to represent, n they would have to decide on a typical song of that country, a song sung in that language, and... a Bollywood song filmed in that country!

There are soo many countries left.... so don't take long to choose ur country n get back in touch with us immediately!

Diwali subscription n meeting

We would like to Invite all Mothers to be part of the committee to organize the most awaited children's function of the year.....the Children's Diwali 2010!

Meeting for Mothers and Renovation of Subscription

Dear Mothers,

We are holding a meeting on Saturday the 24th of April 2010 at ICC Pineda from 6PM to 7PM in regards to making some changes to our ICC Kids Camp. As the anniversary of our ICC Kids Camp is coming up on the 30th of May, for this special occasion we are considering making some changes to the camp. In order for this to follow through, we need as many mothers to come forward to the meeting to give suggestions of how to improve and/or recreate our camp. We would also appreciate any mothers who would like to volunteer in helping with the camps. Please note that volunteering doesn't mean that you have to show up every Saturday, it is to your convenience. We are also inviting mothers of 3+ to join us for this meeting, as we are considering starting camp classes for the younger children and would like to hear the suggestions you have to share with.

Additionally, we are going to renew the subscriptions to the ICC emails and would appreciate it if you could send us a blank email just for us to know that you are still interested in receiving these newsletters. If we do not receive a blank email from you within two weeks of receiving this email your email address will automatically be erased from our address book. If there are any changes in your email address(es) or you would like us to add anyone else to our mailing list also do get in touch with us by replying to this email. For those interested in receiving our information via SMS please get in touch with Conchi, Gayna or Kiran on the numbers listed below or through email and we will get in touch with you directly.

Please do not forget about the meeting and your punctuality will be very much appreciated. Also, feel free to pass on the message to other mothers who you think would be interested in attending and/or assisting. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend the meeting, please send us an email or call us with your suggestions before the meeting so we can bring them up during the meeting. Once again, it is an open meeting for all mothers even if their children aren't attending ICC Kids Camp at the moment.
