Diya Making

One of the most important things to do for the ocassion of Diwali, Our Festival of Lights, is to light up a lot of diyas in the house, and so we thought, why do not this year the kids make their own diyas?

So that is what we did! We made our kids make their own diyas, paint and decorate them too. We then put wax into them so that it is safer than oil...
