This Week we will be Having once again in ICC Kids Camp... CHILDREN'S CHOWKI - GANESHA SPECIAL 2011!!!!!!!!

Yes! For all of you out there, from the smallest to the biggest of kids we are having A very very Special Children's chowky for our Friend Ganesha!!!, which will be filled with Bhajans, stories, games, dances, prayers, videos n lots of fun conducted by our own Sonu!!!

So make a note in your calenders n pass on the word to all:

Ganpati Bappa Moriya!!!!!!

Ganpati Bappa Moriya! He is coming back to us !!!!!

Name any Pooja and then think of a God's name present in all of them... Do you know whom are we talking about? The most prayed Lord Ganesha.

Ganpati Chaturthi is a day on which Lord Ganesha, the son of Shiva and Parvati, is believed to bestow his presence on earth for all his devotees. For this occasion Indians worship the clay idol of Ganpati for 11 days and then send him back to the sea singing "Ganpati Bappa Moriya Pudch Varshi Lodkarya..."


This year, like all, since 2007, ICC KIDS CAMP has decided that all our kids should make their own Eco Friendly Ganpati's once again!!!! So are You Ready? So many beautiful Ganpati's in our own Tenerife!

This year Ganpati Chaturthi is going to be promisingly outstanding! Yes Friends, This year we will be doing the COMPLETE 11 Days! WOW :) :) :)

So Friends ....... HERE COMES THE GANESHA MURTI MAKING DAYS

This year we will be having 3 days of classes:

1. Wednesday 24 th AUGUST 6:00 pm to 8 pm Sharp
   
2. Thursday 25 th AUGUST 6:00 pm to 8 pm Sharp
   
3. Friday 26 th AUGUST 6:00 pm to 8 pm Sharp

• At Pineda : ICC Mandir
• Price: 15 EUROS
• All those who want to make the murtis please send us your names by email to icckidscamp@gmail.com so that we can have the sufficient material for all as soon as possible to avoid disappointments.

All these murtis have to be ready before the Staphna, on 1st September ... the beginning of the most waited religiuos function in India and here in Tenerife!

Important news about Diwali Ball

Hi everyone!

This is a quick post to inform everyone about two important events related to the 2011 Diwali Ball:

1. Due to public request we have extended the inscription date until the 15th of August. You read right, if you thought you missed your chance to participate in this mega event, this is your chance to fix it. You have 15 more days to send us your emails with all the information detailed in the last post. Just click here to re-read it.
   
   
2. For all of you guys that have sent an email and haven't received a confirmation email back from us, please be patient because we have had some technical difficulties. Do not, we repeat, do not start any practices or preparations until you have received an email from us confirming not only the theme of your performance but also the songs you have chosen.
